Our doors are open Monday to Friday 9 – 5 and some evenings and weekends by appointment. If you are in the area, don’t be shy – we’d love to meet you and give you a tour of our spa.

Dr. Antonio Menezes
General Surgeon
Dr. Antonio Menezes is an established leader in minimally invasive surgical procedures and was trained in both Belfast Ireland and Edmonton Alberta. He has a background in Bariatric Surgery and understands the unique challenges of skin elasticity.
Practicing both on Vancouver Island and in Sechelt, on the Sunshine Coast, for the past 5 years, skin conditions and their related cancers have become a special interest area for Dr. Menezes. Working closely with dermatologists and plastic surgeons, our office provides services by referral through MSP and on a private pay basis for benign conditions. With a passion for surgery, enjoying the outdoors and helping patients understand how to stay safe in the sun…NKD was born.
Dr. Menezes is Board Certified in Aesthetics through the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine.
Cheryl Menezes
Medical Aesthetician
Cheryl Menezes is a certified Medical Aesthetician with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine. Her passion is people and she is the “wind beneath the wings” of Watermark Surgical, building and assisting in a solo practice with her husband for the past 5 years. Cheryl is originally from Edmonton Alberta and comes from a family of medically trained people. She graduated from MacEwan university in both Public Relations and Office Administration. Her additional background in business start-ups and management has helped compliment her partnership with her husband Antonio Menezes in Watermark Surgical and NKD Med Spa.
Cheryl has met and engaged with many of you on the coast already during these long COVID days to offer support before and after surgery. She looks forward to helping you in the future through both practices as we continue to grow together. Cheryl has a passion for the outdoors, her family, her fur babies Ollie and G Cat and her love of yoga and meditation.
